Announcements
On February 27, 2012 at 7:30 PM, General Romeo Dallaire will speak at the Zellerbach Auditorium at the Annenberg Center for Performing Arts. This event is coordinated by Moral Voices (www.moralvoices.com), a Penn Hillel-sponsored initiative that raises awareness and inspires action about social justice issues. General Dallaire is a true moral voice; as the Force Commander for the United Nations Assistance Mission to Rwanda (UNAMIR), Dallaire was sent on a peacekeeping mission and was in Rwanda when the 1994 genocide broke out. He will share his fascinating story of calling on the international community for support and action. Penn Hillel is thankful to the Heyman-Merrin Family Foundation for their support of Moral Voices. To RSVP, please email Joan Bobroff.
Taglit-Birthright Israel Registration will open up on February 15!
