Hillel Alternative Spring Break: Los Angeles
During Winter term, 10 Drexel Hillel students participated in a 6 session seminar on social justice and Judaism culminating in a 7 day service-learning trip to Los Angeles sponsored by Drexel Hillel in partnership with Jewish Funds for Justice. Over the course of the week in Los Angeles, students worked to serve the community and the earth while delving even deeper into themes of justice and Judaism. Visit the student blog from the trip to see pictures, videos and reflections on their experiences: http://servingtheland.blogspot.com/
